6. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, we may charge a cancellation fee of £30 to cover the cost of the reserved appointment time.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will always try to accommodate your needs where possible. However, late cancellations or no-shows can impact our ability to schedule other clients.
By booking an appointment at Sayonara Beauty, you agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.

7. Payment Terms
Prices for our services are clearly outlined on our website. By booking an appointment, you agree to pay the stated fee.
Additional charges, such as taxes or transaction fees, may apply and will be disclosed before payment.
Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of future services.

9. Code of Conduct

11.2 If any term or provision of this agreement is held void, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it shall be treated as changed or reduced to the extent necessary to bring it within the laws of that jurisdiction and to prevent it from being void, and it shall be binding in that changed or reduced form. Subject to that, each provision shall be interpreted as severable and shall not affect any other terms.
11.3 No failure or delay by any party to exercise any right, power, or remedy will operate as a waiver of it or indicate any intention to reduce that or any other right in the future.
11.4 Any communication to be served on either party by the other shall be delivered by hand, sent by first class post, or by e-mail. It shall be deemed to have been delivered:
– If delivered by hand: on the day of delivery;
– If sent by post to the correct address: within 72 hours of posting;
– If sent by e-mail to the address from which the receiving party has last sent e-mail: within 24 hours if no notice of non-receipt has been received by the sender.
11.5 The validity, construction, and performance of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any dispute arising from it shall be litigated only in that country.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sayonara Beauty regarding your use of our website and services.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be litigated in the courts of England and Wales
14. Deposits & Consultations
- We do not offer refunds of deposits, or any payments made to Sayonara Beauty under ANY circumstances.
- Deposits are Strictly Non Refundable under any circumstances, we can however reschedule your appointment if 48 HOURS notice is given, and the newly rebooked slot is within 4 weeks of your original appointment date thus depending on available diary space. If not this will mean loss of your deposit.
- If treatment is had on the day of your appointment, your deposit is then redeemable against your treatment on the day itself.
